hrm, wonder if neil has any plans for the 4.6 V8, 280kw stock, so thats an easy 300+kw with exhuast, BFI and tune (if you swapped it) |

In my opinion from reading and basing it on how good the old models are this is probably one the the best luxury sedan cars - ever. The LS line is just superb! 380hp from what Ive read!  |

I think it looks rather dull, admittedly specs are good, but that front end, sigh another camry, I'm not saying camries are bad, just a lil dull looking! |

Looks good. A toyota V10......oooh yeah!
I think it looks very lexus. Which sadly looks very camry. The rear quarters, front quarters and broadsides are great to look at. The front centre and rear centre need a little more growing up as it looks too GS300 in the front middle. Color is sweet, and teh thought of 280kw....oh yeah.
I wonder if MV has a shift kit for the 8 speed automatic yet.....
Aimed at the S8 price range, its fair competition I think. Especially in the power/handling stakes. I think the line about rear power reclining seats is a bit daft. You dont need a maybach to see that in operation. Most S class cars (including my 1987 SEL) have rear power seats. Guess they just wanted to have LS460 and Maybach in the same article.....how that works i need not see. Color is good. Interior is bland. The fact that its toyota made is confidence inspiring. |
