| Ok... i live close to surfers paradise so cruising through on a saturday night is pretty good, seeing all nice cars and women, but the thing that really makes me laugh is " Hardcores In Commodores". I was pulled up at a set of lights, took off normally and looked in my rear-view mirror, and there was a car up my ass, so i moved over and these guys in a VT commodore come up next to me and start playing around, trying to be cool (impossible in a holden), just as they go to turn off they yell out "F*ckin sh!t ass NISSAN" Seriously.......come on |

| At the Motorplex the other night after just winning (beating a FPV ute, WRX and a Holden wagon, sorry Ben your mate haha) I had someone yell "Take it back to China!" I was a bit too confused to be offended haha. |

| LMAO. Seriously it must be something about commodore interiors that does it, especially in them damn VN's! I think there may have been chemical contamination from the material vendor and said chemical has very strange effects on all occupants of the vehicle. I was at a Zipple cruise the other night (American cars predominantly, I was in a '70 426 Hemi Challenger, not my soarer), the amount of idiots TRYING to do burnouts, drag race us in absolute POS VN commodores was truly astounding. They quite simply have no bloody idea! |

| Look is quite simple, holden and ford make big engines in order to make power, the excessive fumes from the exhausts creep in through the window (as the drivers side is always wound down so the "I'm so cool" arm can rest on the sill) these fumes retard the driver and occupants mental capacity, unfortunately sometimes these effects are permanent. Some of the more common side effects include, unwarranted feelings of superiority and ignorance. I'm sure you guys can list a few more.............. |

| Dont holdens have some older Nissan motors standard? Perhaps he was informing you his Holden had a 'sh*t nissan' motor! Either that or hes completely daft and can't tell the difference between a soarer and a wishy washy nissan. |

They did, they had RB's in them. RB26's if I recall correctly. Not exactly old though, same line as in the Skylines. It was one of the best moves by Holden, putting a decent engine in the land-whale. Didn't stop them from being complete arse though! |

Thats correct Ian, and as Luke said, it was the 3lt RB30, or the 2lt RB20 that was exported, mainly to NZ. The RB26 was the DOHC twin turbo 2.6lt used on the Skyline GTR. |

| that could have possibly been it, i may have missed the first part could have gone something roughly like this " im a retard and have no idea why i am sitting in this SH!T ASS NISSAN" i only heard sh!t ass nissan but it was probably something like that. I should have called his car a sh!t as citroen or something, might have made sense |

| Did I call you a bogan??? Are you a bogan??? I said the bogan driving that particular commodore (who else would it be, normal person won't yell out like that, let alone that crap). It is fair to generalise that majority of bogans go for those cars, but there are also a lot of families that go for those cars for the space... I was calling the bogans unintelligent, not the families, I thought you would have known that |
