One of the biggest differences between factory manuals and manual conversions is the dash display. Most people who're doing a conversion dont go as far as to source a manual dash - which looks very different to the auto one. |

Nathan i bought mine which is a factory manual, pearl white, 115000kms on the odo, razo short shifter, new turbos, rays 17" alloys, full bomex body kit and much much more for 17200 |

Yeah Never thought of the Dash Samantha.
Nothing really different apart from no longer showing what gear your in. Plus it shows the Temp Reading, Im not sure if Manuals had the temp reading, seeing as many of them dont have the extras?
Vinh i wouldnt mind loosing my Kms, I have 233,000km showing lol. |

The entire bottom row on this dash isnt there on mine. My odometer in the same place, but looks different, and mine also has a clock. Also I've heard people talk about Japanese symbols flashing up on their dash display and warning alarms etc. and I've never had any of this, even though I've had a quite a few problems with my car. |

Sam, the dash above is from a Limited model, you probably have the same pov pack dash as I do, except without the P R N D 2 1 in the middle, is your middle part (where is says CHARGE on that photo) all blank? |

Yeah thats the same Dash i have, Where it says Charge i have the Temp Reading + the Time.
Samantha its probally a good thing you dont have the red japanese warning msgs. It just means more $$$ to spend on something that is broken lol. I hate it when i get the Red Warnings on the Dash. But in seriousness its a good thing.
Ive Been in Duys old car which was a Factory Manual. I cant remember what the dash looked like. |

Those three lit up little boxes across the bottom aren't there at all. The odo just reads characters in the bottom right corner and there's a clock there too. Must get pics. |

Mine is the same as Sam's, but it has a Blitz Turbo timer/ boost guage where the "Gear selection crap" is.  |

i have a manual with everything! Its got electric seats, cruise, sunroof, tems, 7 speakers ( including sub) trip computer, 17" wheels, 235's and 255's on the back and just over 80000 k's! Ive done the water pump, cam belt, had the g'box and diff oil checked, computer scan ( nothing came up), and im willing to sell! For the right price. Its bog stock! only mod is a pod filter, not even exhaust. Ive also added a boost guage, bot im keeping that! I installed it with no screws or cutting. excellent condition. make me an offer! |

Same as Daniel's pic, without the gear positions.
And I wouldn't go looking down upon manual pov-spec GT-T's. Soarers don't come any sportier than that. |

I think it woulda been better if they fitted ABS atleast to ALL the POV packs. |

That's the pov pack dash, you 'Limited' boys get the extra crap in it hehehe. Didn't do anything with it, what do you mean looks good? Although I've never had a blinky dash since I've owned it so perhaps it's been fixed in the past, who knows. |

5spd 2.5 Soarers sell in the USA for around $12,000 USD fully compliant. Most are pov-pak, nothing really special option wise.
I have yet to see a limited in the USA. My co-worker might import one. With simple things (body kit, rims), it would win every car show here. His Japanese MR2 does already. |
