Hey guys well I sent this off to Pedders HQ this afternoon. Unfortunately I can only recommend them for the fitting of the new bushes haha wouldn't let them do any other work on your car But even then looks like they have used a punch and hammer to get the old bearings out. Bad Jue Jue.
After taking my car into Pedders Albury, I had the following problems. *Alarm siren filled with water - Boss went half even though they admitted fault, I'll wear that one. *The front right hand wheel nuts where not done up AT ALL, not even finger tight. *I was quoted labour to remove/refit power steering pump, front bushes and rear left wheel bearing. Only the hose was replaced instead of the power steering pump and labour was not reduced. *Work was told a day or two to complete, took a week and a half, as they didn't order parts when told were going to. *Unsure if unrelated will be confirming when I get to Darwin, the aircon's climate control worked fine when it went in and when it came out I only get cold air.
How can I recommend other people when I have work like this done?? And other things that worked when the car went in and now don't...
I have only been and told the boss about the alarm siren as I've been out field during the weeks and only came back in this morning, and I go back out on another exercise on Monday and due back in on Friday afternoon and I leave that night for Darwin.
Can you please pass this onto your Albury branch.
I would also like some feedback on what has come out of this.

I only ever hear bad reviews about pedders, i dont know why people insist on going there
The fact that wheel nuts were not done up is COMPLEATLY in excusible... could of caused a deadly accident. Imagine a wheel falling off at 90kmph on the way home. I would be writing to that mechanincs watch dog group (mitac or something like that) and reporting negligent opperations.

Pedders HORNSBY ripped me off big time, i went to get a steering alignment ($136) the car was no different at all so i was not really happy about it. I then about a month later got new tires from a mate of mine (beaureapirs Hornsby, fantastic service) he told me the steering was so out of whack he did the alignment twice to make it perfect, car now feels a million bucks.

Pedders are franchise stores, so some are going to be good and some, well, aren't. In the past, I had some dealings with the Pedders in Moss st, and found them to be nothing but helpful.

Any one been to Pedders Cessnock?
No? Was a long shot. Have to take the car somewhere for a diagnostic to see what bushes need doing, and what is OK. Singletons sucks the bag as far as auto services are concerned.

I personally have only dealt with Pedders Gateshead, apparently Shane got most of the rear end work on his Cressida done there. I haven't spent any money there yet, but I was going to get the bushes and so forth done. From what I hear, their shocks and coilovers have come a very long way, and are competitive with Bilstein and other big name brands?
I've heard plenty of bad things about them, but more to do with how the central authority treats the franchises.
