I've heard that the V8 soarer has a japanese voice that comes with the emv. so is this true? ive been informed that you can change the whole emv format into english, but if you leave it, does this japanese voice constantly speak out once in a while or what?

The Vlad conversion also only does the audio functions. It does NOT do a full conversion so functions like the calendar, trip/fuel computer and all other EMV screens are all still in Japanese. Also, from some reports Vlad may be moving to the US, plus it seems the only bloke who's done the Vlad conversion for club members has completely lost the plot lately. So in other words..........Good luck!

Yes they do, not only the error 12 fix but about 40 caps need to be replaced as well.
There is a lot of time that goes into repairing the damaged caused by the leaking caps, and given the damage if they are not fixed soon they wont be able to be fixed.
I saw one the other day that didn't have the caps replaced and it still worked. The quality of sound and picture was very poor, perhaps this was why. I also doubt it would be working for much longer.

The picture is great depending on the area you live in and the quality of your EMV screen. On the Gold Coast my TV reception is intermittent but in Brisbane it is really good.
