Well.... I WAS planning to go for a drive at 01 0001 Jan 2007, BUT I've had a few too many bourbons for that to result in anything but tears. (and possibly another extended period of saving on petrol monies)

Damn, wish I had seen this thread a few weeks earlier!
Got my first 2 speeding fines in the cressy, both 15 and under.
One by a cop camera car hidden sneakily under some shady trees, 72 in a 60 on a dead straight clear piece of road.
Other by a cop car that didn't get me on radar but 'estimated' my speed which I thought was a bit rough as I don't believe I was speeding at the time.
With the camera car one, I think it should be like NZ, where you are innocent until proven guilty, not the other way around! Over there I hear that fixed speed cameras cannot take points away as they can't prove who was driving. However if a cop pulls you over and identifies you as the driver then they can take your points or license. I think the system here technically goes against our constitution?
Unfortunately I have already paid the camera car one
