Went and had a look at the V8 Aristo for sale at Preferred Autos on the Gold Coast and I'm wondering why no-one has bought it yet. Without having driven it, it seems to be in pretty good shape and low K's as well. At $16,000 I thought it would have been snapped up.

we need some pioneers Mike to start the ball rolling then people will flock like sheep it just takes a couple of people to start then others will catch on.
From reading posts on this and most other forums, it seems that most of the people that will be buying these cars will be drifters and performance junkies that are fixated on the fact that its a "twoo-jaaayy-zeeee" powered 4-door. Perfect way to 'settle down' while still keeping one foot in the performance door. The V8 version just doesnt have the same appeal to them!
In the meantime here are some pics of an Aristo which makes me happy
