Drum and Bass:
Prodigy - Firestarter, Breathe, Smack My Bitch Up, Voodoo People (Pendulum Remix)

You might get a thumpin' from me if you refer to Prodigy work (Even that hot Pendulum remix!) as DnB again! =P

Its old school techno, pure and simple! ;D

..oh yeah Prodigy sounds hot in a Soarer >.>

This thread is more popular than I thought ^.^ It's interesting to see what everyone else drives too!

I'm looking up some of the music you guys are mentioning at work..and man.. some of it makes you wanna jam the pedal down and go...

I actually totally tripped over a song yesterday called "Pedal to the medal" by a band called "Kazzer" Never heard of 'em before but man..that song was like O.O. Adren-A-LIN.

-I Like Numb by Linkin Park to drive to as well....very niiiice.

-The Canadian Kid.

Paul , I would be honoured to be a passenger in your car anytime with all of those tunes playing

haha cheers dude

I like music from pretty much ever genre, but those have to be some of my favourites to drive to...

Callum, I couldn't be assed differentiating between DnB, Trance, Techno, Electronica, House, Breaks, etc etc etc...

Ben, good choice, I have the Armin Van Buuren DVD in the car at the moment. Also if you can find a Gabriel and Dresden session thats pretty mint, along with basically everything Markus Schulz does...

DnB definitely works well for driving aggressively. And no one does DnB better than Pendulum.

Benny,

Black Uhuru is awesome. Wicked tracks.
Thievery Corporation is awesome too. Like reggae with about 20% house/electronic.

But sometimes, I find If I prepare the right way, anything sounds good. Let me grab my keys....

Blue skies, windows down, late 20's early 30s temp, sun shining, aviators on, cruising the coast, Dandy Warhols blaring...nothing better.

It's mostly hip hop stuff in my car, but there's the occasional rock CD and if you're really lucky some house CDs as well.

Right now I've got in the car (off the top of my head)...
* Big Gipp - Go Head
* Frankie J/Slimm Thug/Manny Fresh - That Girl
* Charlie Wilson - Floatin'
* Three 6 Mafia - Stay Fly
* Urban Mystic - I Got That
* T.I./Trey Songz - Why You Wanna

I got Cunning Linguists in the car, funky tracks.

Anyone ever listened to Ugly Duckling? I got to see them live in St. Kilda a year or two ago. Funniest canadians ever! And talented.

Also keep playing old Inner City and EZ Rollers albums....good mixes for both cruising and speeding.
