Hey all.

I just got a set of 20 inch wheels. I am unsure whether I am happy with them and maybe i feel like taking them off.

They are 20" x 8.5" SSW Alloy wheels with Sumitomo HTRZ II 245/35ZR20 tyres. P40 offset.
What do you guys think as I still have the stock wheels which I may put back on and put these up for sale..

I paid $1500 for these with heaps of rubber so If i choose to sell these would be up for sale for $1500.

they have a distinct latino lowrider appeal to them. I can picture you cruising on three wheels dragging on your back corner or maybe hopping on the spot at the lights.

Yeah i couldnt quite think of the look but Ben has pretty much summed it up.

It has a distinct U.S look. I dont mind it actually, But car needs to be droped just abit to compliment them.

Its not everyday you get to see a car with those rims.

Question is how do they effect the smooth ride on the LS vs stockies?

Adam, whatever you do, if you want to retain the luxury and smoothness of the ride, please oh please do not take off the airbags and replace them with coilovers...

That's what i was going to do, because i couldn't get my airbags working properly, but now, after consolidated research of airbag suspension problems and fixes, my car runs smoother than ever, its like floating on air...I think my next step up is brand new airbag struts, apparently they're meant to be divine

As for the rims, I kina like them, can't imagine those rims on my car though, but for a cruiser they sure do look hot...and I think Tim pretty much summed up the description

Keep them

P.S. That's very cheap for 20's man...I paid $2900 for my set of 18's...but I have 265's on rear @ 9.5" deep and 235 on front @ 8.5" deep...I guess that's where the price jump is
