Basically they make conversion and input devices that can be configured to do specific tasks like datalogging etc... I want to buy a programmable knob from there that can be used as a volume knob in windows to control the sound level on a carpc setup.

If your interested in buying stuff from there send me a pm as I want to buy that knob, but shipping is nearly double the cost of the knob and shipping more items is very cheap relatively.

Are you going to use the soarer volume button for controlling the volume from the PC?

Id like to turn that volume knob into a Bling Bling control. Imagine the fun you can have doing cafe strip drive bys and the added versatility of turning it down when the police pay a visit !

Seen that, but you can't integrate it with the factory volume knob, the phidgets one you can.

I have personally seen the volume knob used as a sensitivity adjuster for a launch control system.
