If you're insured more than 3rd party or if it was all his fault then insurance could cover it. It looks like it could be more than $2-3K so they might write it off.

yea it was the other guys fault so everything will be covered!
I hope it can get fixed I only had the car drivable 3 weeks . The guy who came and did the appraisal said probably, that the radiator needs to be fixed. I'll let you know as soon as i know whats going on.

That's only a scratch compared to the damage that was inflicted to mine a few years ago. It's an easy fix!! And, I had no problems with it once it was repaired.

requires:
passenger front guard Bonnet (might be repairable, but better to get new) front bumper Left hand headlight set Radiator support Steering and wheel alignment (to be sure)
This is without seeing the damage in person, and inspecting the vehicle myself (used to work in smash repairs).
For a Toyota Soarer, your looking at about 2.5 - 3.5 grand for the above parts and work through a smash repairer, if you get 2nd hand parts, the cost will be substantially less.
Mate, that's nasty looking, but as others have said, doesn't look like major structural damage, just panel damage.
HANGON!!! I just re-read the first post, and it's a Manual Soarer, I think this is a write-off, the car is structurally unsafe, I will buy it from you (and repair it myself).
