I seem to be getting a little lost. I purchased the Parts Cd some time ago however, have never seemed to configure it correctly.
My Plate has the following information:
==========================================
Serial # 3532853
Chassis # UZZ31-ACPZK
Engine Type 1UZ-FE
Colour 6M2 Imperial Jade Mica
Trim LA60 Spruce
Made November 1991
Model E-UZZ31-ACPZK
Engine # UZZ31-0008241
Trans/Axle A341E A01A
VIN 6U900UZZ310008241
Plant Build A22
============================================
The question is, what do I put in the following Fields in the Software setup:
VIN/VDS # = ???
FRAME #

Also, is there any way not having to keep on loading the save file each time you want to use it?

Hi Michael,

All you need to enter for the EPC to work is the Frame Number, which in your case is: UZZ31 0008241.
Once you've popped that in and pressed enter, the other blanks are automatically filled in for YOUR vehicle.
Then at the top RH side, you'll see a "save" button which keeps the info in the program ready to access next time.

I tried your Frame No, in my EPC, but it didn't accept the number, so maybe you've got digit out somewhere

ps: I did try UZZ31 0004281, and that worked.
But it showed a 6/91 made Ltd in the 6M2 colour.

Don, the information provided is correc`t (I re-checked after your suggestion).
If this is the case, then why do you think it is not on the CD?
Any ideas welcome.

Wrong plate?

The CD would take the info from Japan would it not, which would be the original Japanese plate without the engine number or vin on it.

Mine has this :-
Model E-UZZ31-ACPZK
Engine 1UZ-FE 3968 cc
Frame No. UZZ31-0003652
Color Trim
6M2 LA60
Trans.\Axle A341E A01A
Plant\Built A22

I tried frame number UZZ31-0008241 and got a suitable car built in November 1991 with colour 6M2 but no trim code. I am not sure why the same entry might not be working for you.

You can not enter the "6U9..." VIN into the VIN/VDS field. At least, I could not. Using search on the enterred frame number brought up a display from which I selected a "characteristics" line which puts something like this in the VIN/VDS field: 06779001 0008241
