Red can't be done as the the lamps aren't strong enough to project clearly through red perspex (or 'filters' if you prefer). As for gold, I think the closest you will get is yellow, providing that doesn't fall into the dame category as red.

I am doing the dash colour change and the blinky dash fix ATM. I am having a bugger of a time trying to find the blue filters, they were available from importscene, but I just received an email saying that they no longer have them. The blue fluro is available from Jaycar, but it seems not many people use blue perspex.

The light across the bottom is a fluro, it can be made any colour. The top bit, Speedo, Fuel, Temp and Tacho are special little displays, without spending huge money to have new ones custom made, I doubt you could do it.
