thats on 7pis at 5000 rpms i think thats not bad and i have not had the ecu tune yet and it had a miss fire because of a cracked coil so we could not rev it harder
with the stock turbos i got 200rwkw and that was at 6500rpms and 12psi and the t04 don't get boost to 4500 and i did have a miss fire and it will rev to 7000 so think i done good and its bit rich too so there heaps of power still to get

Where is the rest of the curve? I don't think it is rich. 12.2 is a pretty good figure depending on ignition timing of course. Sort out your spark issues and go back and run it with 18psi.
Also, from what I have seen boost is boost regardless of what turbo it is coming from. At 7psi your turbo is not going to be anywhere near its efficiency range whereas stock turbos are designed to run around that or a bit more. You will gain a little from decreased backpressure though. Once you up the boost you will be able to get a real reading.
Having said that, I was a wuss and only got tuned to 17psi with my old turbo setup and it made just a bit more than what stock turbo setups are making at that boost level.
