| You leave your soarer at Warwick Farm... that's just asking for it to be broken into... I used to live in that area, its was bad enough when I lived there 11 years ago... my car was broken into 4 times.. inside my garage with 2 extra padlocks... On Topic though.. don't they have CCTV all around the station |

| Some b*tard tried to break into mine too a couple of weeks ago. They broke the door handle in the process. I got a Mongoose M80G alarm installed the other day, but I guess anyone that is determined enough to smash a window is not going to be bothered about an alarm. |

| My brothers soarer had the same thing happen the other night. Passenger side window smashed and head unit stolen. Anyone know how hard it is to replace the passenger window? Heard it’s a bitch of a job. |

I would advise AGAINST telling a public forum what kind of Alarm System you are using... Now!!! Any Criminal scrolling through this thread knows what alarm you have on your car and will now know how to work their way around it! Think about these things peoples.... I know we like to think we are all safe, but this thread in itself tells us that there are theiving bastards everywhere . |

| Man dont park at any station parking lot. It is easy picking for crims, as they know that there is a very good chance that the victim has jumped on the train and wont be back for several hours. Try street parking outside a house or busy industrial complex. Dont get me started on warwick farm. what a no go zone that is! |

Car warms up, Snake wakes up, crim brakes in, snake is hungry cause he woke up, crim gets what he deserves!!! Nice thinking there Neil. Or, get a 2nd battery, a decent power inverter, and put in an electric fence control module, hook the door handles or the entire car body if you like to the module, and every 10 seconds it zapps. I did this with my wiper blades after a surge in parking fines in the Sydney city area, and almost wet myself with laughter watching a ranger trying to place the fine under my wiper blade, but sadly about 15 minutes after he gave up and left, the police rocked up to check the vehicle out. Bear in mind, a Yellow top Optima battery will last about 2 hours tops. B. |
