Nothing besides dual airbags and ETCS really. I've owned both an early series GT-TL and now a 97 VVTi L-Package... the 97 actually has less factory fruit than my 93.

Not sure about the turbos, but our '97 n/a has woodgrain, cruise, power seats and maybe a few other doodads like "intelligent auto 'box" our pov pack '95 didn't have. The '95 did however have the "premium stereo" with the subwoofer, this is obviously an option and not part of the G-Pack. It has twin airbags and ABS, but as noted these are standard on late '97 models whether turbo or n/a.
I don't know how to describe it, the full digital dash that shows all the warnings etc. An updated version of the full digital dash (e.g. from the V8 and GTTL turbos).

From what I've read about the GTT and GTTL TT's standard and option differences, is the below correct.
GTT Standard Manual seats No TEMS suspension Basic velour seat design GTT may have any combination of below
Options 0n GTT Woodgrain trim Back brake light (between back speakers) Cruise control LSD Back seats have adjustable headrest Leather steering Sunroof Airbags Spoiler Front Lip Rear Window Wiper ABS
GTT-L standard Power seats Leather steering wheel TEMS shocks (control the dampeners, not airbags) Anti-lock brakes Woodgrain trim Scrolling dash (LCD with japanese messages) Cruise control Better velour design Back seats have adjustable headrest Back brake light (between back speakers) Cargo net on back
Options on a GTTL TRC LSD Sunroof Airbags Shake n Bake Side mirrors Spoiler Front Lip Rear Window Wiper LCD rear mirror Air purifier Leather interior
I think late model turbo L-spec Soarers don't have adjustable headrests ever. Model codes denoting whether you've got a GTT (Pov-Pak) or GTT-L (Luxo-Pak) TT are below. These codes are found on the Toyota data plate, which is attached to the drivers side inner fender. JZZ30-ACMVZ (GTT with manual trans)

My dream car is a F40, not some silly $8grand car
I dont think F40 were ever complianced for Australian roads so you just to learn to appreciate the soarer I know soarers have depreciated greatly but it doesnt change its value in my eyes.
Thanks Jose, your car looks awes! I thought this was true so I went for a JZZ30 vvti GT-L rather than a pov pack manual vvti.
I wonder what others would choose?
Benny, we are refering to the GT-L in the JZZ30 which is the luxury one with alot of options as stock, still not as many as UZZ31 limited though.
I like driving manual but I like my little luxuries too If my car wasn't driven everyday the manual would've been my pick but Sydney peak hour SUCKS. I still miss my sunroof though... who's got an angle grinder?

Yeah I was looking for ages for a vvti. In particular I wanted a black on black manual with all the luxury stuff. But I never found one of couse.
So I got a 96 blue/silver vvti GT-L with every option except: LSD, Shake n Bake Side mirrors, LCD rear mirror and leather interior. I will add the previous options on in time but I am very happy with its appointments!
It such a good car, its amazing. Plus its the first turbo car I've driven and I love how it comes on so hard. Will have to post it up in the welcome thread when I get some time.
Manual would be good but I take an auto GTL over a manual povo vvti! The sunroof is heavenly, maybe go an aftermarket one later. Done any mods Jose?
Nice Josh! Damn your sunroof though... if I keep my car long enough it's getting one fitted. Actually it sounds exactly like mine bar the sunroof.
Not too many mods since I bought the car while I was still studying (Japanese 19's, HID kit, lowered springs and Trust exhaust) but as things are picking up I'm planning on doing a little bit here and there jsut to make it a little bit more special.
Muz, It's tempting mate, very tempting. I just can't stand my daily grind home from Bondi to Auburn after work haha.
