Wow Pete, that Chopper brings back memories...Can't forget the good ol' banana seat! I remember mine had the "Chopper guard" flag option! (Until I got the hacksaw out and cut it off from it's base)...

It was supposed to provide added safety where cars could see the yacht like yellow fibreglass mast with reflective red flag. HAHA. Instead, other kids would grab it, pull it down and take out someone's eye with the resulting release.

More importantly it was simply "uncool"...

Shucks, I only had a standard 28" bike with 3 gears in the hub along with a brake - Sturmey Archer I think. At the time, that was a bit cool though, other bikes didn't have gears.

Side note, just had a look, Sturmey Archer still make hub gear/brake assemblies!

I may be wrong, but have they like, gloss blacked the entire engine bay pre-advertisement... TEMS tops are gloss black, every thing is gloss black.

With how shiny it is, it looks like the seller would spam the phrase "it's very genuine mate" at least 1,000,000 times during a convo.
