Damian you mentioned that specific grade capacitors need to be used.

Can you or somebody else tell us more about what is the differences between the grades?

And which grades need to be used in our ECU's?

And finally where can we buy these capacitors in the correct grade?

i'm thinking about giving this conversion ago.

though i dont have solder sucker and my soldering irons aren't that great either, can any one recomed a brand or a place i can get one (dick smith, jay car etc) like to keep the price low as well

Are you guys serious.... im lucky to get over 550km for a tank of fuel and ive got the NA version of a soarer. I will be looking straight into this.

Is there a detailed guide anywhere on what to do etc...? ? ?

Oh or is there any type of business that does this type of thing specifically? In QLD.

As i am confident with soldering etc... just not confident messing with an important part of the car :S

Matt, 550 KM a tank isn't terrible for city driving - remember you only have a 70 litre tank and most of the guys here have 79 litre tanks. I was getting around 550 a tank when I was driving in rush hour every day in Auckland.

If you are doing mostly open road driving like I do these days, then there is definitely something wrong, or you are a real led foot!
