Changed my plug leads recently and found this stuck the to inside of the strut wall in the engine bay..

I think it's one of those 'energy polarizing' gizmos but thought it was interesting so here it is..

Any other ideas?

It's a flux capacitor. Or possibly a warp coil. They're both similar and can be hard to tell apart
