Grrr why can't people pay attention on the road?!
Heavy traffic on the M4 which comes to an abrupt halt as it seems to do (which is strange as there isn't a single bloody traffic light on the thing), I pull up short of the Accord in front of me, idiot behind barely slows down before impact (NO heavy braking sounds at all... just BOOM!) and launching me into the car in front.
End result is a Corolla with a bonnet half the length it should be and some barely noticeable damage to the front and rear of my car. Although these things do have a way of getting expensive once you start looking underneath the apparently fine panels.
So does anyone know of any trustworthy workshops on the northside of Syd?
I've never had to do this sort of thing before, first and only incident in 15 years. Hopefully Shannons can help me out with this.

Shannons WILL take care of you buddy.
No need to look around for workshops as they should do it all..... believe it or not - insurance companies have a fair bit of experience in this caper haha
Anyways, at least you are not damaged....
any pics? (for all the carnage junkies like myself out there)

Hey Alan, firstly I have to say..B@st@rds. Its always a bummer to be in this situation. In the past, thankfully not with my Soarer, Shannons have let me use my chosen repairer. I have always gone to http://www.berlinabodyworks.com.au/ Berlina Bodyworks. These guys are the biz, often restoring old ferraris & exotic cars. They are on Parramatta Rd there at Leichhardt. They are worth the trip in, in my opinion. The old man's name is George (very nice guy) & his son that now runs the biz is Enzo. Their paint quality is equalled by none & they are very happy dealing with Shannons. I live closer to Hornsby, but would still recommend chatting with George or Enzo. Good luck mate. MT
