it looks like the pod connects after that 'thing' and i'm guessing that it makes some kind of spooling noise using the intake air. hahaha looks like it might push out upwards of 600hp if tuned right hahaha. pretty sure it offers no extra power for $30 haha

it does say it gives you extra horsepower... i'm guessing it might help with the intake at high rpm by maintaining air flow. it also says it makes a very nice note (fake spooling noise) perfect mod for a corolla. hahaha

haha awesome, reakon you could add it onto anything? i just dont see where it would connect to on the other end? unless one end is blocked up? to pretend like it connects to the manifold? i could put it on my car to add extra spooling nosies ahhaah! tripple turbo baby! lol no...

It's an electronic turbo/ supercharger. It's basically an electric motor that runs off your car battery and and "forces" air into the engine as a turbo or supercharger would just to a much lesser extent. It would be good in theory but the amount of air flow created by such a small motor would be lucky to make 1psi with the engine running at low RPM, I doubt it would make any boost at mid range. Do a search on youtube for Electric turbo or electric supercharger.

what about just say putting it on like a Shty little car for fun?.. can it be hooked up with any car without the use of it pluging into a proper manifold? or can it just plug onto the intake?

^^ what Miles said.
My mate bought one and put it on his Golf... did ALL.
He then bought one of those chips that you wire into your intake air temp sensor to trick the engine into thinking your constantly getting ice cold air... that worked, car was definately more powerful but caused the car to act weird, not in the way it drove but I kid you not... you would be driving down the road and all of a sudden your passenger side power window will go down... then go up. Then your radio will turn off without touching it.
