Gday Daniel, dya get that $50 i promised you for sayin somethin nice about me hehe. Anyway got to get a set of those copper o'rings that go between the twin manifolds and the turbo housings, must have upset them puttin in the dumps and have now sprung an exhaust leak till the thing warms up a bit. Anyhow dont want to annoy the neighbours to early in the morning.
Im hoping to be able to slip them up in there spot without actually having to take the whole turbo setup completely off. Anyone achieved this before???

Slav, have you thought about getting a set of hks t3gs? In my opinion these are the best all round setup you can get. There shouldn't be too much more lag than the stock twins and from what I've heard from reliable sources you can crack the 300rwkw mark, someone has made 334rwkw on race fuel. Their is a few sets floating around, someone posted an WTB on here so check out the responses there.
The dollar issue will always be hotly debated. Yes, you may be able to get a car into the 11s for a very cheap price on stockies but only if you're lucky. Daniel and Rob have done it but both obviously had good turbos and have put in a bit of thought into what they've done. I think Daniel's car getting into the 11s is also a testament to his driving skills as well.
I just sent my old stockies (which were in great nick with no shaft play at all) up to queensland to a guy who has a car that is completely stock and his turbos have blown to ••••• my friends 94 model turbos blew six years ago and that car was completely stock so the fact that Daniel's car is running 18psi all day, everyday is amazing. My point being that just because Daniel's car is an absolute freak of nature, don't expect to get the same results off your twins.

Test and Tune Friday night, I should go close. I've got the UAS dump in, I did a couple of runs on my private test track on sunday and it feels a lot quicker. Fingers crossed.

Gday Sebastion, i appreciate the info mate. I will definetly explore different avenues once i blow my turbos and the twin hks ones do sound more my style. Would love to come down to see how you go, pm me before you go, if you dont forget by then that is.
Well both Daniel and Rob are running these times so i can see some consistency once you do all the mods they have, and driver ability with no doubt.
But as i said earlier im just tryin to get into the mid to low twelves, any thing more would just be a bonus

Gee Matt, One could only wish that they were as formaly educated as yourself. Unfortunately English wasnt my first language and perhaps isnt my forte. The way in which i write my threads is probably more so due to laziness, rather than inability. However i do not seem to remember there being a statement when joining SC that one had to write their threads using correct spelling, grama, punctuation etc etc
