the sad thing is that if you did this in aus, you'd lose your car, license and alot of money, despite the fact that there was almost nobody around and he appears to have been visible from a fair distance in all directions..

Seems to be a new drift called Arab drift or UAE drift, where the point is just to lose control as I see in most vids and spin around several times :

They're going extremely high speeds, flicking your car left to right at those types of speeds will cause it to do that. Intertia n •••••
