Who ever has a SC400 ecu in their car did you ever have any error codes come up on the dash?

I have just received 2 ecu's but one is a 94 ecu so when I put that one in it started misfiring, then I tried the other ecu and it come up with the warning that translates to "Engine Electrical System".

All I want to know is those who have a SC400 ecu in their car, did they get any errors or was it just a strait "plug and play". If you did get a error code what did you do to get rid of it?
