I'm missing few of the black plastic screws used to hold boot cover thing. It's the one you just push down when tightening

What is it exactly called ?

scrivet, or christmas tree clip, tis what we call them at work, not sure on there Correct technical term though

Looked up Super Cheap website and they don't have PP04, PP33-37 but they do have PP58 & PP61. Will they fit still ?

Just eyeball the size. They push in and pull out so as long as they arent overly large or small they will be fine.
