I just realised when i turn on my aircon in my soarer, the rpm increases, so i repeated it many times and it seems that everytime i leave it on, the rpm on Drive idles at 1100 and with it off it idles at roughly 800. Anyone faces the same issues and knows why or what is causing this?

Its not the clutch. The clutch is simply there to disengage all the internals of the compressor from spinning when not required.
Its inbuilt into the engine management system. Not 100% sure how the soarer one works but when you activate the A/C I would think the IAC (Idol Air Control) Valve adjusts to make the engine idol at higher revs. I always thought this was due to the additional load on the engine so idol was adjusted to reduce risk of laboring the motor. On a diesel I had the same thing happened but was controlled via an electric solenoid on the side of the injector pump which physically pushed the throttle a open a little.
The thing is, this morning, when i tried the same thing again, by repeatedly starting my airconditioning and turning it off, the problem doesn't surface and the rpm remains constant. Yesterday when the problem surfaced whenever i turn the aircon on, i could feel the sudden boost feeling of the car moving forward in which i had to brake slightly more to stop the car.

I assume from your description the engine was cold thus it has a higher RPM and the change with air con being turned on is smaller thence less noticeable.
alright cool guys, another thing, and i found this out just earlier. While my v8 was turned on and running, i was adjusting some wiring stuffs on the passenger side, after roughly 1 min, the car engine turned off, and i turned it on again and waited, but this time after 2 minutes nothing happened. This is the first time i felt this, any suggestions?
Is that true? This is the first time I experienced this, drove stuffs like evo X back home and don't experience this even with voltage meter and rpm meter.
