well you guys are lucky thats happened to me 3 times now. Not as bad as that. But since my car is a daily its not the straightest soarer around even though its been repaired its never the same..
although twice it happened it was parked and I never knew who it was.
Apparently a huge white car with big shiny wheels is hard to "see"

your poor car... did you get quotes for the repair? I hope he said sorry, thats the most annoying thing when someone crashes into your car and acts fine like nothing happened. Young or old you should be careful. You know who else iv seen crash heaps red P-platers. I hope you car gets fixed up soon!

Allan I think its something to do with the factory GPS system. Mine used to be unplugged as it never worked anyway in AUS. and when I selected the "GPS" menu on the EMV I think this is the same error I used to get.
I suggest the accident has crushed the plugs on the GPS CD changer (under the CD changer and amp)Exactly where your car has been hit!
No biggie as factory GPS doesn't work here anyway! Lets hope your CD stacker isn't stuffed too.

So your factory GPS worked on aussie roads?
I pulled mine out and replaced it with an inbuilt unit which works with aussie roads. No point having old systems, eg analogue telephone, Japanese GPS, analogue TV(soon to be decomissioned) in your car unless your going for the nostalgic and original theme.
Just unplug the GPS stacker from the loom (if you haven't already)And maybe even the GPS ECU (under the rear seat)
This error shouldn't make anything jump around on the EMV. Lets hope it hasn't cooked anything. Good luck.
