After purchasing my first soarer before xmas, apart from a water pump problem which is now all sorted the only other major issues I have are the cat converters need replacing and I need a new emv. I have taken it to my local exhaust centre who have no problem doing the work but in looking at the job they are concerned about the lack of room they have to work with and have indicated it maybe worth sticking a couple of "bullet" performance cats on. Can anyone recommend an after market cat that gives a little more volume to an already very nice sounding v8?
Secondly, my emv needs to be replaced. I see they are regulary for sale on this site which is great but do I need any extras to convert the screen to english?? Please excuse my ignorance on soarer matters as I am new to the car and do try and fit as much time in as I can trying to educate myself with the vast amount of info on this site...cheers folks!!

First off Welcome Paul.
I personally have a 200cell high flow cat which gave a tiny bit of a nicer note.
As for converting the EMV to English, there is not a total conversion that i am aware of, but you can convert the audio screen which requires the radio tuner (located under your back seat passenger side) to be modified by Vlad or possibly Damien Ware. Also you can get English stickers for the buttons from David Rose.

Hope that helps mate and once again, Welcome!
