Unscrews.

Peel the rubber cover back and you can see what to turn. Unplug the cable first.

Best tool I found to remove it is good old multi grips. I tried my fingers but hurts too much!

I used to use multigrips but I found vertical needle nose pliers poked into the indents worked better and did less damage.

I used an adjustable angle grinder "spanner". The tongs fitted nicely.
