I drove my car about 10km with nothing behind the extractors (from home where I fitted the extractors to the exhaust shop for the rest of the system). It was loud as, but interstingly ran as rough as guts, lots and lots of vibration, didn't want to rev. I kept the speed down as low as possible).

Indeed, good fun, I used to unbolt the stock exhausts from the cats the day before going to get a new exhaust done. Made for a nice blast in the rural roads
Bit loud in morning peak traffic when heading to the exhaust shop, certainly turned a few heads - at least not any coppers.

Did that with a friends old alfa gtv. Sounded crazy, and as Daniel Blackham has said, I also took part in driving his car with just the stock extractors and no exhaust. Good for a laugh.

Haha the rwd one, gearbox in the back for better weight distribution. The car wasn't good reliability wise, but it teaches you about driving.
It's either windscreen wipers or demister, but not both. And don't even think about the radio. And when you're driving and it's raining at night the windscreen wipers going backwards and forwards dims the lights. And the engine would stall if you didn't blip the throttle at idle so everyone thought you were trying to race them. It was good to thrash about though, and it loved some clutch kick sideways.
In the end, my mate replaced -engine -electrical system -exhaust -wheels -gearbox
so basically, the entire car besides the body Alfa ownership for you!
