hey guys.
i had been doing a few bigger skids on my old single spinner diff over the past few months and there was a whirring noise starting to appear (which i assumed was probably the diff dying) i wasnt to concerned as i had a new 2 way Kaaz on the way. after swapping the old out for the new the noise seemed to go away but its starting to come back again. ive replaced both rear wheel bearings awhile ago so it wont be those. has anyone got any other ideas? oh i forgot to say the noise only seems to be there when i back of the gas and im coasting, as soon as i get back on the gas it goes away?

thinking outside the box, do you have old tires with a "chunky" tread pattern for water dispersion?

na standard street tires. and it only seems to come from the passenger side anyway.

Try swopping the tyres over see if the noise moves?
you may have a flat spotted a tyre!(they sound like wheel bearings over 20 ks an hour.

Gearbox ? When you put the 2 way centre in , did you replace all the bearings in the diff ?

Looks like its the gearbox has finally done a bearing or 2 so its time for a rebuild unfortunatly.
