hey everyone - After ten months of soarer ownership and having nothing but a hole in my dash and the sound of my exhaust - I'm finally installing a stereo.

but it's hard because - well... not much is there to work off of.

anyway - just pulled my boot apart because i'm nice like that. and..

what's this?





and why are these two harnesses unplugged?

Your not talking about the emergency fuel cap release are you?
I all so have these 2 loose plugs and would like to know what they are for.I all ways thought they were for a stock amplifier or Stacker that was once there.

stock power amp and stacker add ons as previously stated pull it out and use it for a door stop. Good place to mount aftermarket amps just don't use any of the wiring

Also the factory nav computer would have been in there if you car had one.

You can use the factory speaker wiring if you want to, unless you are an ICEophile. Its not that bad - but its probably just as easy to run newer, higher quality wires than to spend time identifying which is which speaker, particularly as you will need to run some AV cables anyway. I used the factory power as it was already nicely fused in the fuse box and I was only running a tiny wee amp, but I did replaced the speaker wires.
