i have noticed on a few soarers that the paint has bubbled on the drivers door, 1/2 way down, under the "crease' below the mirror.

anyone know the reason? (is it the fitment of the "bars" in the doors to meet aust standards.?)

Brothers soarer has the clearcoat come off in that area, but no where else.

Always wondered the reason, because the rest of the paint is fine, and generally when clearcoat peels it always the bit that gets the most sun (Boot/Roof/Bonnet..)

Bars are in from factory Tom, it always seems its the dark colours that peel first , hotter i suppose.
