Hi i have found this before and has come back up just thought id point this out that the seller of this fake b&n kit (actually a fake vertex kit) is not whats on my car as pictured in his ebay advertisement. Also too the white soarer pictured is a genuine vertex kit aswell. So if you buy it its your choice my car has never been anywhere near them so dont expect the same quality please. Just thought id let everyone know just in case

Rofl, i'd report to ebay. Say you're the owner of the vehicle pictured and not only did you not give him rights to use that image, the image is misleading as you do not have the bodykit he's selling!

I messaged him last time and i said if you want to use a pic of my car please blur out my numberplates, or atleast put a note saying car pics are of genuine kits. How are others to know that the cars on there arent his kit... They will just see pics of the kit and of the cars with it on and just think they are his. If his product is so good why doesnt he put pics of his actual products on? He may make a good kit but i just think its rude that i have just said blur my plates and i dont care and he wont even reply.

B&n sports is a rip off of vertex but... The lines at the bottom are alot more triangular to poke out more. Kind of like a cheap kit on a 180sx that sticks out heaps at the bottom lol Yeah they still look ok but just arent as smooth as the veryex lines. Which wheels the white ones?

and he's not doing anything wrong by using the pics
He's breaching copyright laws, as the copyright to any pic is always owned by the photographer.
So unless the seller has written authority from whoever took the pic, to use the pic, then he is in breach of copyright law and subject to a damages suit from the photographer.

Kind of ironic that someone should point out copyright infringement of a picture used to advertise a product that is itself a violation of intellectual property law. I'd say the guy clearly doesn't give a about copyright..
I don't think that asking the guy to blur the number plate is unreasonable but its a bit pointless. I mean, anyone looking for a front bar for their soarer has already seen half a dozen pics of that car with those plates from all over the net before they get to that ebay listing.

yeah i just dont hope people think that its his bodykit on my car. i payed good money to have genuine and masato has helped me out massively from vertex-aus so with people making ripoffs and associating my car with them is a bit annoying. i mean dont get me wrong im proud he has chosen mine to advertise but as i said before, if his kit is good why doesnt he get pictures of actual cars he has his kit on. its technically false advertising.
