You'll need a bearing press - it's not a job you can do at home. Best thing to do if you want to save money and time isn't a problem is remove the hubs and take them to a mechanic who can press the old ones out and press the new ones in.
As for bearings, you can buy them from Toyota but they cost a fortune. I would take one of the old bearings to a bearing specialist and get them to match it up. Will probably save hundreds.

yep, take the old ones to a bearing shop rather then toyota. there are numbers they'll be able to read off them or even just measure them to get you the right ones and it'll be alot cheaper
