I will be replacing the front and rear sway bar bushes using rubber OEM bushes from Amayama.

Do they require grease, and if so what type?

They require grease!? I didn't grease mine. I thought that because they are rubber this isn't required (OEM bushes).

never use a petroleum based grease on rubber, it will soften it and wear it faster

Castrol, Penrite make a vegetable based grease for rubber suspension bushings
