hmmm yeah, I was definitely thinking 3, the water temp one would be way more accurate, as in i could get a degrees C number rather than the bar on the dash.... They make air/fuel, but it gets to the point where that is on the limits of my knowledge and i wouldnt know where to start to install one

Normally I would advise against putting gauges in just for bling, but I understand what you are trying to do. I would go water temp, oil pressure, oil temp. Then if you ever want to go to a track day, you can do so knowing you can keep an eye on your vitals.
Or put a boost gauge in, but recalibrate it so that at full vac it is on zero, and on anything less than full vac it reads in 'boost', LOL. You could call it a Holden 'economy gauge' (for those of us old enough to remember).
