Has anybody come across a maximum incline specification for the V8 Soarer?

Best way is to get a straight edge and stick it under the front and then the rear of the vehicle and measure the angle of the edge, the straight edge should touch bottom of tyres and the other end top of under the bumper, this will give you max incline angle, BUT it will not allow for traction on the surface you are driving on.

I was talking to a mate about a steep driveway - approx 20 degree, and he suggested looking for a Max Incline specification for the vehicle if there is such a thing.

I just found this suggestion on a forum.
5% for parking
8% for firetruck
12% for public Road
15-21% for driveway ( should be heated if you expect to drive on it in winter conditions)

And you can raise the height in vehicles so equipped, to get a better ramp angle.
