Since May when I bought my V8 Limited I have assumed that when the light was NOT showing on the dash that the traction control was off. After engaging reading glasses I found otherwise. I also found that I have to turn it off every time I start the car. I would have thought it would be better to leave the decision to engage it to the driver. Little wonder I couldn't get off the mark as well as I thought I should. Maybe I'll find something else that enhances my driving pleasure.
