I'd say the bike won the sprint, but ran out of steam at high speed, and so was over taken by both the porshe and the jet - the Porshe and the jet were fairly evenly matched until the jet started to ram up at speed.

Bike acceleration curves do tend to taper off fairly sharply as air resistance increases - comes from having limited torque. While some of them are capable of phenominal top speeds, I'm not at all surprised that a high end Porsche would beat it from say, 150-250km/h by quite a margin.
