If ya wanna have MAXIMUM smoke, with MINIMUM stress to the car, get a little bit of Diesel in a tin, trickle a bit onto the rear tires, and make a small puddle in front of each rear wheel, move car forward till the rear tires are sitting in the puddle(s) of Diesel, apply brakes, place trans selector in 2nd. , give the throttle a goose, and you'll find she'll break traction real easily, and you WILL get tire smoke like you won't believe.
You can even get a 32 to smoke up NO sweat

This method reduces strain on the running gear significantly, and dosn't tend to shred ya tires!.

NOTE: I do NOT recomend doing this on a public road, as the Diesel residue turns the road into a skating rink when it rains, and ya's don't wanna be responsible for some poor schmuk loosing control, and bending their car
