my keys are stuck in the accessories position and wont go back to lock... thus i cannot take my key out... and its slowly but surely draining my battery..... anything i can do or am i best taking it to a professional/ thanks

OK, this has happened to me.... first check that you are in PARK.... if you are not, they won't come out, or turn to OFF, if you are not.... second, if all the above checks out, brace yourself, and give the key a firm whack into the lock, it may not have fully engaged, and if so, it won't turn to OFF..... hope this helps, the next steps are exxxxxxieee
