Just wondering if anyone knows what the best attendance has been for a Soarer meet in Oz?

We Poms are just coming out of hibernation and are heading for our (Europe's ?) biggest meet - could be 40+ cars turning up in March ;-)

It's a lot easier for you Stuart. You don't have to drive 1000 kms or more to get everyone together.

I was thinking much the same. Easy when everyone lives in three houses or the village next door
Make it a rule you have to drive around the whole island before you meet . Still, I suppose you do that on a short cruise. A long one is where you go around three times

MMmmm... we have much worse problems getting folk to turn out - like what's on Sky Sports channel, has it stopped raining yet, and can they afford the fuel

From memory our (WA) best turnout at a Soarer meet was the dyno day, with 24 Soarer's making an appearance.

There was a cruise ages ago where we had about 28 I think, but this was almost 2 years ago.

Well, we didn't quite make 40!

34 Soarers, 2 Aristo TTs (one with a 6-speed Getrag), one Supra TT (his mum's manual Soarer was hors de combat, otherwise we'd have had 35), 1 Lexus SC430. Oh, and a BMW530d.
