I tried doing a search and could only find info on removing a non airbag steering wheel. Could anyone advise how and the do's and don'ts about removing one with an airbag?

Thanks for the link.

The problem though is that the info on the link is not very detailed. Do I just pull off the airbag?

yes just pull it off,i have done it to mine, but remember if you start it or turn key to Acc while the airbag is off,you will have to reset the airbag light cause it will stay on.

And watch Final Destination 2 to see what happens when an airbag goes off.

Best to disconnect battery and leave it disconnected when playing with airbags and such stuff.
