Think i'll go for the Continental, since is cheaper than the Hankook and they dont have any Hankook in stock for the size i want.
Rob, I got these quotes from Donnellans at Box Hill, but i dont know which model.
As the guy just told me they have the size i want for Continental and they can do $200, i told the guy i'll be back next Monday and let them know which brand i want.
Guess you can contact Donnellans and see which model they have.

At no point did you say which Continental it was. They have a full range from cooking tyres ("Eco-Contact") to ones suitable for Porsches ("Conti-Sport"). Michelin themselves make long-wearing bus and truck tyres so knowing the brand alone does not tell you how good is the tyre. The $595 Bridgestones, for example, were top of their range, and a bit different from a Turanza or something.

Intersting that the Toyos which were among the most expensive were at the bottom in terms of performance. Federals look pretty bad in wet weather, probbaly the wider you go the worse they get.

i had got a quote from a tyre place for tyres for these phat rims i got for my cordia. he recommended me federals, he said there cheap/performance tyres because i didn't want to spend a bucket load of cash on tyres.
