Does anyone know how to get this out, I've managed to strip it back to the tilt mech but I'm a bit lost after that. There's a bolt on either side but they are completely round, can't see how to grip to get them out. I know that once I remove this the piece is spring loaded so need to be able to get it back on. any one got experience in this area
