I finally got my transfer to Lexus :P
WINNAH!@ Im so surprised the chance came up, and i had some people do some favours. I had my first day today..it sure beats working on saabs (mobile oil leaks)and access to special tool and cheap parts for my car.

OK Andrew. That is where I take my IS300, although it is not due back in for quite a while.
The parts manager there, Mal Edwards, gives discounts to Soarer owners and has a couple of grey imports himself (a Crown and Cressida I think) so if you talk to him you should be able to arrange prices. He does want a clear part number though. No-one else in spare parts will deal with Soarers; they flick pass enquiries to Mal. |

Yeah i know ive gotten some stuff off him before...it a bit annoying walking all the way over to toyota tho :p but i am just lazy! |

And to answer that question...technically...toyota will not work on it if it has lexus badges, and lexus will not work on it if it has toyota badges. |

And to add to andrew I asked toyota(I have toyota badges)and they said to me that they will only service v8's not turbo's.Why I asked and the reply was no experiance.So I replied ,that suck's!Why have the toyota badges on the car if you can't service it but yet you will service turbo 4wd's? Replied with,I don't know. |
