G'day Di, I believe Sam Screck put an aftermarket unit on his VVTi six, by all accounts it works fine. No doubt he'll see your post and respond himself. If your car isn't post-'97 VVTi it might be easier to source genuine cruise. Cruise is different on VVTi cars so can't use the older cars' parts and late model parts are rare, used. Luckily our VVTi came with it (cruise) as part of G-Pack.
