Hi there to everyone, thought i would put in a few lines as i think its pretty good having this forum!
well just got my 92 GTL last week, everything is good except i cannot get the emv to work,i mean the screen is just blank???
the cd,radio etc work good, but dont know what im doing wrong?
any help would be appreciated, oh and yes i also have the "blinky dash" guess just about everyone has had it! any ideas on price to fix, i can remove it, but dont really want to try replacing the transistor myself!

That's a fine choice of an automobile, but you should have opted for extra two turbines rather than the extra two cylinders 
Best thing to do is speak to Mark Paddick on these forums, he's the soarer electronics guru, and will be able to fix it for you. Check the electrical section of this site, quite common

You will have a T/C Off button near the gear stick, on the top left hand side. If you have a blank there then you don't have traction control. I'm not referring to the little red button, whatever you do, don't press that. That is the ejection seat button

yeah i found that out, just got a bruised bum!!
i have a blank there,so if i dont have t/c why wont it light the tyres up?
i runs beautiful on the road,just wont light them up from standing |

You're missing the two turbines you see j/k Try pressing the brakes in the beginning, it should do it then. I'm surprised though, thye have good tourque down low, you should be able to do it easy, at least if you're turning...  |

 welcome gary, never mind what turbo boys are saying, there are just jealous because they aint got the mighty V8,  BLINKY DASH PROBLEM? phone SHAUN ON 93095211, he will fix it for you, he fixing mine inc fitting the BLUE DASH light conversation, 150 bucks all in, takes an hour, hope this helps, |

Change your tyres ;)
Give DCI a call about your EMV (9309 5211) and ask if they can fix. Shaun is a 'lectronics whizz there and has seen everything Soarer-esque.

hey mel, got the blue dash done by shaun today, SSSWWWEEEET!!!!!!!
now i can see the dials!
he really knows his stuff, he is also going to check out my emv problem as well, probably next saturday. would be good to meet up sometime, is there a regular meetup for all of us perth'ers?

there are plenty of meets gary, i have never been to one, always seem to be working or something, i do plan to go to next one tho, glad your happy with dash, mine getting done as i write this, am waiting for clarion cd player with usb to be delivered, thats next thing i have to do, |
