To the guys that will think about going, it is Great Fun,you can fang your car without being a dickhead on the states roads, and you aren't going to be pulled over by the cops, True initial cost is high, but after that its just a case of putting your race pads in ,and paying for the days, you can only do One day if you wish.
Do you think id come all the way over from SA just for a drive! its Fun, Fun, Fun, and ok i had an accident last time, but that was MY OWN Fault, better here than on the States Roads!
just come on down to have a look first,if you want, theres nothing better than to see a bunch of soarer on the race track, you'll get to be on DVD as well!
And if any of you guys OR girls need a hand, just call Juzza,

For newbies please consider this: http://planetsoarer.com/phillipisland/phillip0403.htm We were all newbies once. Us grizzled hardened types love newbies. It keeps us young. We protect and nurture newbies. We respect them and remember when we too were newbies. Sure we used to be slow as wet rags - but man it was fun and your never forget the first time. Let us share your first time. We don't give a hoot about times or tyre type or car spec for newbies - it's all about sharing the experience and mateship. All my best mates are from trackdays. Only hardened Vets have had stacks pushing the envelope. No newbie I know of has ever damaged a car on the track. Compare this with the number of damaged cars on the street. The number of threads of "I stacked my car" and "Parts for sale". Look at all the wrecking yards. Streets are too dangerous. Sprint days make you calm on the street. Who can forget James Dean highway safety public service announcement where he briefly talks about his new Porsche Spyder and how the highways are even more dangerous than the race track. Some dick turned in front of him on the highway that was that. Live you life and drive your car. Get free driver training from instructors, learn heaps and then drive home carefully.
